It's almost the end of the school year! Just a reminder, scrip's year-end coincides closely with the end of the school year - May 27th. What this means is that any scrip purchased on May 28th or after will applied to 2009-2010 credit (tuition, church tithing, etc). Also, our share percentage will go back to 60% Home and School, 40% to participants, so stock up now to tally up that extra savings!!

Another reminder that we will not be selling after masses next weekend to celebrate the Memorial Day holiday. Remaining dates to purchase are the 20th (this Tuesday) and the 27th (next Tuesday) before we switch to our abbreviated summer schedule (see below for more details).

Two great new merchants have been added to our program. Who doesn't love Warrior Lanes in Waukee???? Order some today to beat the rainy day summer blahs. Warrior Lanes will be a $10 or $20 certificate with 5% discount. PetSmart has joined our program also with a $25 card and 4% discount. This card can be used on merchandise, but not on Banfield Vet Services clinics located inside stores. Neither of these merchants are on the scrip order form yet, but feel free to write them in until they are added.

Summer Scrip Sales Schedule (say that three times fast!) - We will be selling on an abbreviated schedule during the summer months. With mass schedules on Sunday going back to regular times, we will be selling only between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sunday. Saturday night sales times will not change, 6 to 6:30 p.m.. Also, we're not sure where we'll be selling inside the new worship space, but we'll let you know more details on that after the dedication. We're hoping to be outside, weather permitting!

June 21/22nd Sales on these dates will be 6 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday night; 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday

We'll of course be selling at school registration on August 6th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. In the meantime, please let us know if you'd like to help with scrip next year. It takes about 35 volunteers to keep our program going and they all do a great job. Contact us for specifics on our volunteer opportunities.
